This Dark-wood bow, contains an ivory grip, and possesses no bow string. once a ranger or rogue knocks an arrow to this bow, a bow string manifests out of unharmful, condensed electricity. Any arrow fired from this bow, is endowed with electrical properties that deal 2d6 lightning damage. Additionally, 3 times a day, the wielder can utter the weapons command word, and release a lightning bolt from where an arrow would be fired. no arrow is needed for this attack.
