This tiny paper cocktail umbrella has two functions. 1st when the umbrella is placed in a cup of water the owner can speak whatever common beverage he wants aloud and the water will transmute into that drink up to three times each day. Any poison or contaminate in the cup is negated. 2nd when the owner wishes he can speak the words “Tut Tut, it looks like rain” and the umbrella will hover a few inches over his head shielding him from even the heaviest of downpours although it’s size never changes...it’s magic. This effect can last for up to 8 hrs per day.
