The Tiara of the Deep appears to be made of living coral and seashells and is studded with beautiful opalescent pearls.
The Tiara has 10 charges. It regains 1d6 + 2 expended charges daily at dawn. Spells cast from the Tiara do not require concentration from the wielder. The Tiara can only concentrate on one spell at any given time. Spells cast from the Tiara do not require any material components and have the same casting time and duration as in the spell's description, and use your spell save DC and spellcasting ability modifier.
- While you wear it, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls.
- You gain the ability to wild shape into a Lesser Water Elemental (5 charges) or a Hunter Shark (2 charges)
- While wearing it, you can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it: Fog Cloud (1 charge), Ice Knife (1 charge per level), Tidal Wave(3 charges).
Awakened:
When a character awakens the Tiara of the Deep, apply the following changes to the item’s traits:
- While wearing the Tiara, you have a +1 bonus to your armor class and all saving throws.
- The Tiara's maximum charges increase to 15, and it regains 1d8+5 expended charges daily at dawn.
- You gain the ability to wild shape into a Water Elemental(8 charges) or a Killer Whale (3 charges)
- While wearing it, you can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it: Control Water (4 charges), Watery Sphere (4 charges), Conjure Minor Elementals (Ice Mephit, Mud Mephit, or Steam Mephit only) (4 charges)
Exalted:
When a character exalts the Tiara of the Deep, apply the following changes to the item’s traits:
- While wearing the Tiara, your spell save DC is increased by 1 and the bonus to spell attack rolls increases to +2.
- The Tiara's maximum charges increase to 20, and it regains 1d10+8 expended charges daily at dawn.
- You gain the ability to wild shape into a Greater Water Elemental (11 charges) or a Giant Shark[ (5 charges)
- While wearing it, you can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it: Wall of Ice (6 charges), Conjure Elemental (Water Elemental only) (5 charges), Maelstrom (5 charges).
Notes: Bonus: Spell Attacks, Requires attunement by a Druid, a Water Genasi, or a Triton.
