A great axe created by the bones of a mythical creature, now used by a giant obsessed with betting, known as Horke Icefoot. He lives in the place known as the Gem of the Frigid Ocean.
DORMANT STATE
This weapon's attack and damage rolls have a +1 bonus, and the attuned user's Strength score increases by +2. Additionally, this weapon's deals an additional 1d6 cold damage on a hit.
ACTIVE STATE
The user's gains resistance to cold damage. If they already possess cold resistance, they gain immunity to it instead. The attacks now deal an additional 1d8 cold damage on hit.
Additionally, the user may once per day and as a bonus action, increase the weapon's range by 5ft, as the weapon itself increases in size. This feature lasts for 10 minutes.
SUPREME STATE
The cold damage bonus now increases to 1d10, and the user's STR score increase in +2 again. Additionally, the user may, twice a day, cast a modified version of Scorching Ray, dealing cold damage instead of fire.
Proficiency with a Greataxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Cleave. If you hit a creature with a melee attack roll using this weapon, you can make a melee attack roll with the weapon against a second creature within 5 feet of the first that is also within your reach. On a hit, the second creature takes the weapon’s damage, but don’t add your ability modifier to that damage unless that modifier is negative. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
