glyph paper can be used by any class and race it is able to be imbued with magic by anyone 

for glyph magic you roll a D20+proficieney bonus to see if it activates with a universal DC of 10 if it is above 10 you will seceded the glyph activates and then you cast the spell .                and if you roll 5 or lower it crit fails  ad the spell targets a random enemy player or object depending on the spell cast
