Made from the wood of a decaying tree, held in limbo by unknown forces, deals 1d4 slashing damage.
Once attuned, deals 1d8 + proficiency + dex necrotic damage and once a day the limbo effects can be extended to slow an entities movement by half and give disadvantage to all throws for 1 minute, or until the target succeeds a DC 17 Constitution saving throw. The curse will only take hold pending a successful melee attack made with the dagger and a successful DC 18 Wisdom throw. Must be holding dagger to imbue curse.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
