This cauldron is large enough to hold 10 gallons of fluid. While touching it, you can cast the scrying spell (save DC 17) with it.
Action - While scrying with the Cauldron, you can communicate telepathically with creatures you can see within 30 feet of the spell's sensor. You can also use an action to cast the suggestion spell (save DC 17) through the sensor on one of those creatures. You don't need to concentrate on this suggestion to maintain it during its duration, but it ends if scrying ends. Once used, the suggestion power of the Cauldron can't be used again until the next dawn.
Action - Spores (Recharge 6). A 15-foot-radius cloud of toxic spores extends out from the cauldron. The spores spread around corners. Each non-attuned creature in that area must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned. While poisoned in this way, a target takes 5 (1d10) poison damage at the start of each of its turns. A target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. Emptying a vial of holy water on the target also ends the effect on it.
Action - Cast Animate Dead. If 3 casters are attuned to the cauldron at one time the cauldron can be used to animate and control one creature per the spell Animate Dead. This ability can be used once per day.
Notes: by a spell caster during a lunar eclipse, up to 3 casters can be attuned to a single cauldron at one time
