This cloak was worn by the little girl known as the “Yellow Hood” which was derived from the fact that the cloak was yellow and had a hood that she almost always kept up. She was trapped and survived in the Twilight Nightmare for a total of 9 years, during which she didn’t age, but to her it felt like 1,000 due to a loop she was caught in as a result of the way that the realm worked. The cloak was infused with a measure of power from the nightmare as a result. While worn with its hood up, you are immune to being frightened or charmed, you are immune to psychic damage, and you are unable to be affected by illusions in any way. In addition, Wisdom (Perception) checks made to see you have disadvantage, and you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide, as the twilight bends around you to conceal your presence. Pulling the hood up or down requires an action.
