A clear crystalline cannister containing a constantly boiling blood like liquid. Each end is capped with a stone plate of unknown composition and origins, inscribed with various arcane seals and markings, as well as an insription written in primodial. Upon reading the Primordial inscription aloud the creature is immediately wracked with pain as the infusion diagram activates, transferring the titan essence to the creature's bloodstream. Over the course of the next hour the creature is incapacitated and the following permanent changes occur to the creature:
The creature's strength score is 30 and the creature counts as one size larger than they currently do when determining carry capacity/push/pull/drag weight (this stacks with other effects that alter this property).
The creature's natural AC becomes 25.
The creature has advantage on saving throws against magical effects.
The creature's skin gains the reflective carapace property of the Tarrasque. Any time the creature is targeted by a magic missile spell, a line spell, or a spell that requires a ranged attack roll, roll a d6. On a 1 to 5, the creature is unaffected. On a 6, the creature is unaffected, and the effect is reflected back at the caster as though it originated from the creature, turning the caster into the target.
Each morning the creature must roll 1d4, the result is how many creature's worth (of the same base size, e.g. medium) of food the creature must consume that day or take 1 level of exhaustion the following day.
Only a wish spell can remove this effect from the creature, reverting it back to it's natural state.
