A potion that, when ingested, removes the negative effects of the Wish spell on the human body, and removes the possibility of not being able to cast Wish ever again.
In addition to this, if Wish is cast before the end of the duration of this potion roll 1d8, the effects are as follows:

On a 1, the potion has no additional effects.
On a 2, when Wish is cast, your Constitution score increases by 2, as does your maximum for this score.
On a 3, when Wish is cast, your Strength score increases by 2, as does your maximum for this score.
On a 4, when Wish is cast, your Dexterity score increases by 2, as does your maximum for this score.
On a 5, when Wish is cast, your Intelligence score increases by 2, as does your maximum for this score.
On a 6, when Wish is cast, your Wisdom score increases by 2, as does your maximum for this score.
On a 7, when Wish is cast, your Charisma score increases by 2, as does your maximum for this score.
On an 8, when Wish is cast, all of your scores increase by 1, as do your maximums for these scores.
