Weapon (whip), artifact (requires attunement by a Requires attunement for one hour)

To attune to this weapon, you wrap the clothe around your wrists for the entire attunement period, during which time the whip painfully embeds its tendrils into your arm.

This snakeskin wrap is touched by a mysterious power giving it a +1 to attack and damage rolls.

This weapon allows you to use your action to make an attack designated against a creature of large or smaller size 15 feet away. If it succeeds the target must make a (DC 13) strength check or be grappled. Medium and smaller creatures may be dragged at half movement or may be pulled towards you as a bonus action.

 

Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
