An obscure oddity that alows the holder to collect Big toes from living beings, it's creators purpose for such an effect is unkown.

On a successful hit one big toe is severed and collected from the target if possible, the DM may allow a critical strike to collect multiple big toes from a single target. Additionaly the creature must make a CON saving throw and is stunned, feared, silenced, or incapacitated decided by the DM at the momemt of the failed save.
