Weapon (rapier), very rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster)
This beautiful Jian sword is forged from a strange black metal, decorated with gold, silver and some emerald stones. The craftsmanship on the sword is extremely detailed and delicate, showing that whoever forged this weapon, made it for an Emperor or someone extremely important in distant Qiang.
For spellcasters, the weapon has a clear arcane aura. Its former wielder, an intelligent and powerful spellcaster, was extremely proud of his career as a sorcerer at the court of one of the Qiang Emperors. But his pride infected his mind, as did the desire for more power, eventually causing a terrible disaster.
Winds of Han: This sword deals 1d8 extra frost damage. When you run out of spell slots, the weapon's base damage die doubles, as does frost.
When you hit an attack for the first time during your round, the enemy must make a Constitution Saving Throw against your spell's CR, or it will lose half its movement.
Greatest Pride: By allowing your pride to take control of your mind and decisions, you can strengthen your arcane power, but at the cost of your allies. With an Action, you can sacrifice half the total life points of an ally within 60 feet of you (cannot be a creature summoned by magic or an undead servant), after this sacrifice, you can cast any spell that use an action with a bonus action for 1 minute. You have one use of this skill for Long Rest.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
Notes: +2 Rapier, +1d8 Cold Damage, doubles weapon damage die and cold damage when no spell slots., spellcaster, Debuff, Combat, Finesse, Vex
