The blade is blessed with three runes each one with unique properties.
----Runic Charge----
This items effects can only be used when first charged, they can be charged by any of the below means, however each charge method may only be used once per day.
*Charges-- Only count in combat
You must have moved in combat at least 3x your base movement speed.
*You must have landed at least 3 attacks of opportunity on an enemy.
*You must have targeted an ally with 3 effects that successfully effect them.

Once charged you activate the Waltz as a bonus action, it lasts for up to 1min.
---------Wyrm's Waltz----------
So long as you have moved a minimum of 15ft this turn you do not provoke attacks of opportunity.
Whenever you would take the attack action, each time you would make a melee attack you may dash half your movement towards an enemy within range.
You may lunch the Wyrm's waltz (60ft). Ranged attack, you may return it to your hand at the end of your turn.
As a bonus action you may dash to Wyrm's waltz if it is within 60ft of you. As apart of this effect you may attack up to two creatures within your path of travel, you may not attack the same creature twice. (this ignores your normal attack limit).
Whenever you would move within 5ft of a willing creature in any way you may move them with you.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
