A shield made of the scales of Tiamat. When the wearer is attuned to both Dragonbane and Tiamat's rebuke, he gains ressistance to the same type of damage Dragonbane has done in this round of combat (the ressistance lasts for only one round) if dragonbane's damage is chromatic then you gain ressistance to all 5 damage types) 

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
