Technique: Hinshi no tsukiakari. "Dying Moonlight"

This weapon boasts a black blade that appears to have been folded a large number of times as it appears beyond durable. It's unique wave designs and intense sharpness detail the fine craftsmanship involved in the forging of this weapon. This weapon has 10 Charges whenever you deal damage to a creature, that isn't a construct, an intense purple aura surrounds the blade and you can expend one charge as a free action to do 3d6 Necrotic damage to the next creature you strike with it. The aura provides bright purple light for 15 feet and dim light for an additional 15 feet. This light gives advantage against Illusion magic for the individual wielding this weapon. If you expend three or more charges, you can use an attack action slice the air causing a slash of purple light to fly up to 60 feet towards an enemy doing 5d6 Necrotic damage to the enemy on a hit. If you have the extra attack feature, you can use this up to the number of attacks you can do in one turn. You can increase the damage of the ranged attack by using more charges (Maximum 13d6) and the ranged attack still uses your melee attack proficiency. Must use the sword with both hands in order to utilize Hinshi no Tsukiakari. Charges are not replenished on any rest but replenish when an enemy is killed with this blade or its Hinshi no Tsukiakari technique. On a kill roll 1d4-1 to acquire charges back.

Curse: Due to the nature of the blade and it's origin you cannot remove it from your person without the help of a remove curse spell or higher level magic. The weapon still harbors the souls of the demon's it has slain in the past and as a result it will whisper knowledge of places and locations where powerful creatures, items, and other anomalies reside. There is no way to tell if the words are true as the whispers are knowledge from the past lives of other beings. If you choose to ignore the whispers you must pass a wisdom saving throw DC 17 or take 6d6 Psychic damage as the voices ravage your mind. The whispers can come in the dead of night or in the middle of a fight. If you listen while engaged in other activities such as but not limited to combat, interactions with NPCs, concentrating on a spell, you make all saves and attack rolls with disadvantage for 1 minute. Whispers can occur once a day.
