This thick chalky paint is made by the tribes of the Hosts of Igrathad. They cover their body with multicolored versions of this paint before battle.

It takes 1 minute to apply this paint to yourself. When applied, you gain a surge of inner strength. This is represented by 5 charges. These charges, and the paint, last for 8 hours or until you expend the last charge. During this time you can expend a charge as a reaction when you take damage to reduce that damage by 1d10 + your Constitution modifier. Alternatively you can expend a charge when you fail a saving throw to become frightened to reroll the d20, possibly changing the results.
