This ring gives +2 to your spell save DC. 
The ring is made of 2 metals, split down the middle evenly. 
Winers Protection:  when the silver side of the ring is facing up, as a bonus action the user can summon an icy shield to protect them (see Shield spell) until the beginning of their next turn. 

Flames Revenge:  when the golden side of the ring is facing up, as a bonus action the user can cast a 3rd level Scorching Ray. 

This item has 3 charges. Each use costs 1 charge. Charges return the next dawn. 

Notes: Bonus: Spell Save DC, The user must attune to each side of the ring in an environment that matches the rings nature
