The Wand of Noodles grants the user +2 Intelligence

The Wand of Noodles has 8 max charges. The wand refills charges every 12 hours. 2 wand charges allow you to create 4 bowls of noodles. Each bowl of noodles heals 5 HP. A player cannot have more than 2 bowls of noodles per 12 hours. Eating a bowl of noodles is a bonus action.
