Weapon (rapier), rare (requires attunement by a by a fighter, barbarian, or paladin with at least 15 Strength.)

This rapier is uniquely built for what appears to be a giant of a man. The blade is longer and wider than a standard rapier, and the hilt looks like it was made for a hand and a half sword, though the design and function is still clearly a rapier. The hilt of this ornate rapier is wrapped in a fine silver chain and it's pommel is a weighted ball with a 3 inch spike on the end.

This rapier can be wielded with 2 hands, as if it had the versatile property, dealing 1d10+Str Damage. When the rapier's command word is spoken, the pommel falls free of the hilt, connected by 5 feet of the same silver chain that makes up the grip. As a bonus action, the wielder can attack with the chain as an off hand weapon attack dealing 1d6+STR damage. As a standard action, the wielder can attempt a whirlwind attack with the chain.

Whirl Wind Attack - You quickly spin around, swinging the chain of this weapon in an arc around you. This attack deals 1d6+STR to each creature within 5 feet of you. To succeed this attack you must make a DEX saving throw equal to 10 plus the number of targets hit. If you fail, the attack deals half damage and you fall prone.

Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.

Notes: Damage: Piercing, by a fighter, barbarian, or paladin with at least 15 Strength., Finesse, Vex
