Weapon (bow)
At first glance this is just a small piece of intricately carved, black wood. Once attuned and wielded, however, the piece of wood emits trails of shadow from both ends creating the limbs of a bow, connected by a thin tendril of pure darkness.
Activating the handle to create the bow takes a bonus action. The bow created is a longbow for the purposes of determining range, but does not require longbow proficiency to use. When firing this bow, instead of using arrows, it fires the Eldritch Blast cantrip. You get a +2 to attack and damage rolls with this weapon and ignore half and three quarters cover of targets. In addition, when firing this bow at 5th, 11th and 17th level, increase the amount of Eldritch Blasts fired equal to the amount when normally using the cantrip. In addition, while attuned to this weapon, you can the ability to telepathically communicate with any creature within 30 feet of you.
At the end of a long rest, you may choose to sacrifice a portion of your life to the bow in exchange for greater power. You may choose any number of the following invocations from the warlock invocation list: agonizing blast, grasp of hadar, lance of lethargy, and repelling blast. For the first invocation chosen, you take 15 damage and your maximum hit points are reduced by 15, with each invocation beyond the first dealing an additional 5 points of damage and reducing your maximum hit points by 5. If you have two or more invocation active at a time, you also gain the ability to create a zone of silence around yourself as a bonus action. The effect is the same as the one caused by the spell silence, except it only affects an area that has a 5 foot radius and lasts for 1 minute and moves with you. You can only use this ability a number of times per day equal to the number of invocations you have active.
Proficiency with a Shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
Notes: Bonus: Eldritch Blast Damage, Damage: Force, Ammunition, Range, Two-Handed, Vex
