This is a cursed magic item that can only be removed by a remove curse spell and does not require attunement. The ring radiates a faint enchantment aura. The item when picked up appears as a normal ring. When the wearer puts the ring on; the ring transforms into a smaller version of its bigger cousin the Bore Worm. It crawls to the hand, bites causing 1d4 piercing damage and bores itself into the host body. The ring grants the following:

Curse: The wearer is under constant effects of Prestidigtation. The bearer always appears to be well groomed, well kept, clean teeth, fresh breath. Anyone within 10' of the wearer will always smell hints of their favorite memorable spell. 

The bearer gains a +1 to all Charisma based skill checks. 

Due to your pleasant smell and appearance the wearer will gain a +1 to initiative rolls.
