This steel hammer has a spark of electricity swarming it. As a attack you can throw it 120 feet away with out curve or a strength check. If you put your hand in the sky with the hammer in your grip and speak the word rain it will disappear out of your hand causing a thunder clap around 15 feet of you and you can choose a area of 60 feet from you for it to fall on from the heavens this acts as a normal hit and it cost 3 points. If you slam it on the ground and yell the word strike you can summon a striking tornado like ring of lightning from 90 feet of you and on a area of creatures 5 points. You can also speak the word crackle and make the hammer disappear from your hand into the sky until you speak the word rise it will resumes at your feet.
