A finely crafted staff which is so polished that is doubles as a mirror - any creature who looks at their reflection will se the most beautiful version of themselves.
This staff can be wielded as a magic quarterstaff that grants a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. The staff will push you to gather and carry out excesses, with the bearer hearing a beautiful silken voice in their mind, encouraging them to acquire more wealth, consume the finest food and wines, and throw wild, extravagant parties.
You gain +2 Charisma (to a maximum of 20) and become physically more attractive, your best features magically enhanced. You gain expertise in deception, intimidation, & persuasion! While the staff is in your possession, all belongings owned by you never become dirty and remain odorless, aside from a subtle, rosy smell.
Each day you are attuned to The Staff you suffer one of the madness-es listed below, directing your desires for the day.
01-20 -- Nothing is more important to me than admiring my own reflection. Anyone who doesn't appreciate my attractiveness is a fool
21-40 -- The Gods of others are weak, and doomed to fail. I will mock or deface the altars and places of worship of these false Gods.
41-60 -- My appetite for delicious or pleasure-inducing substances knows no bounds. I must seek out more.
61-80 -- My ideas are the best, and I will make up risks that I am certain would compromise the plans of others.
81-90 -- To properly honor my dark, beautiful lord, I must prepare intricate, debauched rituals. Animal sacrifice, blood symbols, nudity.
91-100 -- Anyone who doesn't follow my every direction must be punished in some way.
The Word of Graz'zt has a maximum of 15 charges, and recovers 2d4 charges each dawn.
Periodically the staff will issue the bearer a task of excess. This could be keeping an artifact intended to be returned, or slaughtering a hostage that you intended to release, If this task is not carried out then the staff will lose 1d4 maximum charge capacity permanently. When the staff reaches 0 charges it will summon Graz'zt, the Dark Prince, who will offer the bearer a place by his side or to surrender their entire wealth, including this staff and any equipment they own. Death is the third option.
While holding this staff you can use an action to expend 1 or more charges to cast one of the following, using your spell save DC and spell attack bonus:

True Polymorph targeting yourself only (9) - Casting True Polymorph will cause the Word of Graz'zt to lose 1d4 maximum charges permanently.
You can use an action to expend 3 charges to enhance the beauty of all those around you, targeting all allies within 20ft. Any clothing or equipment being carried becomes clean, the ally themselves grows visibly more attractive and has an odor as though sprayed by a fine perfume. For the next hour , you and these allies gain advantage on Intimidation and Persuasion checks.
You can use an action to expend 5 charges to temporarily overwhelm a target within 30ft, they must share a common language with you. The target must pass a DC17 Wisdom saving throw.If this is failed, their mind becomes filled with paranoia, they will target a random creature within 50 ft of them and become convinced that this creature is trying to kill them and will perceive them to be the biggest treat. A creature affected by this ability makes another Wisdom saving throw at the end of its turn. On a successful save, the effect ends.
The word of Graz'zt is a sentient chaotic evil with an Intelligence 10, Wisdom 10, Charisma 14. It has darkvision and can hear out to 120ft. The staff communicates to its wielder telepathically.
Notes: Bonus: Charisma Score, Damage: Bludgeoning, Melee Weapon Attack: Bludgeoning, When attempting to attune to this weapon, you are approached by a vision of a tall male humanoid with deep blue & violet skin, with 6 horns equally spaced around the crown of his skull, bearing an arcane sword. The weapon will only attune if you swear fealty to Graz'zt and agree to carry out his bidding. If you agree, over the following week, 6 black half-horns will appear on your head, each protruding an inch from your skull
