This sacred scroll is a lengthy text that offers enlightening truths about the nature of mortality.
The power of this scrolls lasts even beyond death but only for 24 hours.

You may spend 4 Ki Points to cast Revivify or 6 Ki Points to cast Raise Dead
You must still expend the normal material components for those spells.
Once one is cast you may not do so again until Dawn the next day.
When you have been dead for 24 hours the scroll will cast Reincarnate on you unless you chose to remain dead.
If the player chooses to reincarnate the scroll is lost in the process, all text fades until nothing but a blank scroll is left.
Your remains are immune to animate dead during that 24 hour span.
