Weapon (warhammer), legendary

Yasmin Budwalker, a mythical bard of old, managed to create a small slide whistle that can be used in performance, but also extends into a mighty warhammer on command. Speaking a command word chosen by the user as a bonus action, this small slide whistle telescopes and turns into a fearsome hammer of war. This hammer has a +2 to attack and does 2d8+7 Bludgeoning damage on a successful hit. Due to the whistle, any creature that is not braced for the sound within a 10 foot radius gets 1d8 Force damage. It can be turned back into a simple sliding whistle with another bonus action. The whistle also has the following attributes:

Sliding Hammer: The hammer’s shaft can slide out like a slide whistle and reach targets up to 10 feet away, dealing 2d8 Bludgeoning damage and 1d6 Force damage in a 10 foot radius from the head of the hammer

Healing Hit: The user can hit a willing creature to heal them, and so they must make a strength check of DC 15. On a failed check, they cannot control their strength and do 1d8 Bludgeoning damage to the creature, but on a success, the creature is healed 2d8 HP.

Bass Slide Whistle: The warhammer itself can be used as a slide whistle with a DC 20 DEX check. Any spell cast using the warhammer as the instrument has its effect doubled.

Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
