A +1 set of banded mail formed from the bones and jaws of former Gnoll Witherlings that have long since moved on. This armor requires attunement, grants the wearer an AC of 17, and grants an additional +1 bonus to their AC and Saving Throws. Wearing this armor also grants you Resistance to Necrotic Damage and immunity to the Frightened Condition. Additionally, the wearer of this item can cast the spell Vampiric Touch three times a day as Bonus Action, and whenever the wearer is hit by a melee attack, they may use their Reaction to make a melee attack of their own, OR cast a spell if they have the War Caster feat.

Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
