While wearing these bracers, you gain a +1 bonus to AC if you are wearing no armor and using no shield.

When a hostile creature 5ft of you casts a spell, you can use your reaction to cast a touch spell against that creature. On a hit, the target must make a saving throw using its spellcasting ability against your spell save DC. On a failed save, you learn the level of the creature's highest remaining spell slot, and the creature takes extra force damage equal to that number.

When a creature takes damage from a touch spell you cast, you can choose to recover an expended spell slot of 1st level.
