Forged by the fire giants of Muspelheim, this was the magical greatsword of Sutur: king of the fire giants. This sword allows you to commend the fires of Museplheim through it's connection to the forge fires of the realm.
You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
When you wield this weapon you are resistant to fire damage and anytime a fire-based attack is made against you, you may return the attack back to the creature, dealing half of the total damage rolled.
The sword holds three spell slots and you may, as an attack, expend one spell slot to cast a 5th level Fireball (10d6), or a 5th level Wall of Fire (6d8). The sword must be recharged by bathing it in an open flame for 1 hour to restore it's spell slots, this may be done as a part of a short or long rest.
Fireball A bright streak flashes from your blade to a point you choose within range and then blossoms with a low roar into an explosion of flame. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 8d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The fire spreads around corners. It ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.
Wall of Fire You create a wall of fire on a solid surface within range. You can make the wall up to 60 feet long, 20 feet high, and 1 foot thick, or a ringed wall up to 20 feet in diameter, 20 feet high, and 1 foot thick. The wall is opaque and lasts for the duration.
When the wall appears, each creature within its area must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 5d8 fire damage, or half as much damage on a successful save.
One side of the wall, selected by you when you cast this spell, deals 5d8 fire damage to each creature that ends its turn within 10 feet of that side or inside the wall. A creature takes the same damage when it enters the wall for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there. The other side of the wall deals no damage.
Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
