This legendary item was created in Mechanus by Primus himself as a special gift for the fallen aasimar adventurer known as Critan Kichiro.
It appears to be a pair of metal circles embedded into the shoulder blades of the attuned owner. That owner can extend or contract the metal wings contained therein at will. When extended, those wings provide a base flying speed of 30' that can be doubled to 60' with the aid of a very loud rocket engine that can also be activated at will. The owner can use a bonus action to cause the wings to be sheathed with pure radiance or to extinguish that radiance.
The wings are incredibly sharp and can be used as weapons to attack as though they were longswords for purposes of reach and proficiency. They operate as a pair of longswords for purposes of the dual wielder feat (i.e., with the wings extended, a PC with two attacks and that feat would be able to attack with the wings three times total while gaining the +1 to AC and still having hands free for a shield or other item). The owner gains a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with either wing, which deals 1d8 magical slashing damage per strike. When the radiance is in effect, and the owner hits a fiend or undead with it, that target takes an extra 1d8 radiant damage. (The radiance has no effect on any other targets.)
When sheathed in radiance, the wings emit bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet. The light is sunlight. While the radiance persists, you can use an action to expand or reduce its radius of bright and dim light by 5 feet each, to a maximum of 30 feet each or a minimum of 10 feet each.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage: Radiant, Replace Damage Type: Radiant, Damage, Combat, Versatile, Sap
