Wondrous Item, uncommon

The stories say that Vordin, God of Storms, ride on a majestic stallion in a thundering across the heavens to create strong and unstoppable storms.  The rumbling of Thunderfoot can be heard from miles away.

Over the course of a minute, you can use smith's tools to fit these horseshoes onto the hooves of an eligible mount such as a mule, pony, riding horse, or warhorse, provided you are proficient with the tools.  While riding a mount that is wearing these horseshoes, you gain the following benefits:

Storm Charge.  If your mount moves at least 20 feet in a straight line and ends its movement within 5 feet of a creature, you can force the creature to make a DC13 Constitution saving throw.  On a failed save, the creature takes 1d4 thunder damage.

Crashing Thunder.  As a bonus action, you can command your mount to slam its hooves on the ground and cast Thunderwave (DC13).  This property can be used once, or twice if the weather is stormy.  Then it can't be used again until the next dawn.
