Weapon (longbow), artifact (requires attunement by a wielder deemed worthy by the spirit of Sjur Eido)

This massive marble greatbow stands over 7 feet tall and weighs nearly 100 pounds. The golden string is nearly impossible to pull back. Massive, ornate arrows, more akin to ballista bolts and nearly 2 feet long are all that will fit into the rest on the string; any other arrow either doesn’t fit or is magically repelled by some invisible force. This weapon uses Strength instead of Dexterity for its attack and damage rolls, unless the wielder is wearing and attuned to the Oathkeepers, in which case they may use either. While the arrow is fully drawn, the wielder gains Truesight out to 80 feet and can see creatures through walls no more than 15 feet thick within the same range. The Wish Ender can be held fully drawn for a number of rounds equal to 1+ your strength modifier (minimum of 1 round). Finally this bow deals 2d8 magical piercing damage and will over penetrate any target it hits. If a creature is behind another creature that is hit by the Wish Ender, they must make a Dexterity save with a DC equal to the attack roll. While attuned to the Oathkeepers, you may omit any target from this feature.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage: Piercing, wielder deemed worthy by the spirit of Sjur Eido, Damage, Combat, Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
