Thorn Blossom is a shield that grows thorns outwards to protect the user from a melee attack from the front.  If an attacker uses a melee attack on the user of Thorn blossom from the front and the roll for damage is equal to the users original AC up to the modified AC with Thorn Blossom is in use, the attacker will take 1/4 of the damage they would have rolled. (Thorn Blossom adds +2 to AC like any basic shield.)

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.

Notes: Damage: Piercing, User must be of Druid class or Ranger class with proficiency of forests.
