This lusterless ironfell blade was forged in the wastes of Vaasa by a madman most knew as Amakuni. A failed swordsmith, Amakuni spent his entire life attempting to forge one usable weapon. But his efforts were squandered as blade after blade broke at even the slightest touch. The constant failures drove Amakuni to the edge of sanity and, as the final blade shattered in his hands, it finally drove him over the edge. With the remnants of the blade he destroyed his entire workshop, rending decades of work asunder with every swing. And finally when everything was in ruin and all hope was lost, a single three-legged raven landed on the blade he had used. The broken blade was fine but short, unbreakable but stained black with soot.
