On a Sneak Attack, the player rolls an attack roll against the targets AC, and on success the target is silently knocked out.
The DM may then role a D20 +4, with each point equaling to 10 Mins of unconsciousness. (Min 1+4= 50 mins. Max 20+4=4 hours) The DM does not need to declare what they got on the role, and the target will remain unconscious for a given amount of time, or unless there is an external intervention.
Small or Medium sized players, must roll at disadvantage against any target that is classed as Large (Unless otherwise stated by the DM), and the knockout ability will not work ay all on targets classed as Huge or Larger (Unless otherwise stated by the DM).
The Thief's Hook inflicts a D4 of none lethal damage.
This cane also allows you to better thieving while in stealth or undetected. The cane then can gather all non worn or equipped valuable items of your choosing in a 10ft radius of the cane and place them into your backpack.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
