Weapon (longsword), rare (requires attunement)

This is a cruel looking longsword, its blade curving slightly back in a delicate arc, vicious steel seemingly ever ready to bite into the flesh of the living.

This weapon has a number of charges equal to your proficiency bonus and regains that many charges every day. They can be used on the following ability:

Undead Hunger. When you hit a creature with an attack you can choose to spend a charge. When you do, the creature must make a DC 14 Constitution save or take 3d6 necrotic damage, and you gain that many temporary hit points. On a success, it takes half as much damage and you do not gain temporary hit points.

Curse. Once you attune to this longsword, you cannot unattuned to it, or otherwise, remove it from your person. There are spells that can break this effect, but you do not know them. While cursed in this way you have a disadvantage on attack rolls against undead creatures and a disadvantage on saves against their spells and abilities.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
