A magical amulet that holds a gem enchanted in Kameeraska, the Elemental City. While attuned to this amulet you can expend a charge to enhance a spell to a higher level. This spell can only be enhanced to your highest ability, or the highest level spell you can currently cast. You can expend more charges to enhance the spell further. 

When a spell is enhanced you only expend the basic level of spell slot for the spell (if you enchance a level 3 spell you only expend the 3rd level spell slot).
