Wondrous Item, uncommon

These magical wristwraps can be wrapped around a wrist, and always feel wet to the touch.

As an action, the user can point his finger with the wrapped hand toward a creature that is fully submerged in water, while pulling with the other hand on the edge of the wrap, tightening the wrap arounds it's wrist. When the user does so, the water around the creature that the user is pointing at implodes on the creature, creating an immense pressure.

The creature must roll a Constitution Saving Throw, with it's DC being 8 + proficiency score + the users strength modifier, taking 6d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a succesfull one. If the creature is wearing metal armor, the armor class value decreases by 1 if the creature fails it's saving throw, due to the armor getting bend out of shape by the enormous pressure.

The wristwraps can be used once per dawn.
