Your hair is able to morph in many ways, it can be freely controlled and perform certain actions. This actions include;

Grabbing items less than 15 pounds from a maxuim distance of 10 feet;
Interacting with objects, which may include but is not limited to, pulling a lever, opening a chest, and disarming traps;
Grappling creatures who are no more than one size larger than you from a maxuim distance of 10 feet;
Unique attack, Bad hair day: Hair grappling creatures explodes, dealing 2d6 (Con Save) force damage, a quarter of the damage delt is reflected to the user. After using this ability the hair is rendered usless for 1d4 turns. 

Notes: After they hurt you, they told you to let it go. To hell with that, you'll hold on with the grasp of a pyhton, dragging them down to hell with you.
