Blessed by the god of Health and Well Being himself Palor this item uses three times the user's hit die each day for example a being with 10d6 hit die they can use up to 30d6 worth of hit die to heal their wounds without the need of taking a short rest to use the hit die but the hit die used by this item are considered temporary hit die and reset every day and do not interfere in anyway with the original hit die
