The Wispa chocolate tree is the only tree known in calorum to only grow within wealthy areas and will continue to live if there is a source of great wealth or superfluous spending has occurred near it. making it the most expensive type of wood available for a druidic focus. this staff as had multiple alterations done on it to ensure its survival.
the staff can be used as a short bow but you will void the warranty. use the same stats as a common short bow for attacks.
once a day, an arrow shot with this can apply a level of exhaustion on a target. the target must make a dc 14 con save to resist. the exhaustion comes from the fact that capitalism is slowly corrupting everything and there's nothing they can do about it individually.
