WHILE HOLDING THIS KNIFE AND HOLDING AN ITEM YOU MAY MAKE AN INVESTIGATION ROLL WITH YOUR PROFICIENCY DICE TO DETERMINE THEIR VALUE WITH ADVANTAGE. MAY ONLY BE USED ON NON-MAGIC ITEMS.
