After an attuned user rolls initiative, an attuned user can choose to roll 1d8 and add it to their initiative roll.

Once per day an attuned user can as an action summon lightning to blast into existence in a 120-­-foot line that is 10 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw, taking 88 (16d10) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Once per day an attuned user can as an action the user can cast Foresight at no cost.

Notes: Roll a D20 attunement check DC20. If failed it can be reattempted the next dawn and DC is lowered by 1 For every Fail.
