Weapon (longbow), artifact (requires attunement by a Chosen worshiper of Selûne.)

Entrusted to only the few who have truly gained Selûne's trust. This bow has been imbued by the power of a collapsing star by Selûne herself. This bow has rarely appeared throughout the ages, but when it has the wielders have always left their marks on the annuls of history. 

You have +4 to attacks and damage to attacks made with this weapon.

Upon speaking the evlish for "To become one with the Stars." The next attack with this weapon cannot miss, and deal an additional 8d20 Radiant, necrotic, force, and fire damage.

Once this effect is used, it needs 2d20 days to recharge before it can be used again.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
