Weapon (scimitar), very rare (requires attunement)

The sword appears to be a marbled scimitar hilt with a hole in the center. While grasping the hilt, you can use a bonus action to cause a blade of jagged, arcane lighting to erupt from the hilt, or make the blade disappear. While the blade exists, this magic scimitar has the finesse property. If you are proficient with scimitars, you are proficient with the Wrakbolt.

You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon, which deals lightning damage instead of slashing damage. If the weather in your area is cloudy, the weapon deals an extra 2d6 thunder damage upon a hit, with an extra 3d6 thunder damage instead if there is a storm in your area. The weapon also deals an extra 1d6 lightning damage against any creature that is made of metal or wearing metal armor.

If a creature would be reduced to 0 hit points by damage from this weapon, all creatures of your choice within a 40 foot radius must succeed on a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or take 1d10 lightning damage and become stunned for 1 minute, as arcing beams of magical lightning leap toward each creature. A stunned creature can make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw on each of its turns to end the condition. Creatures that are made of metal or wearing metal armor have disadvantage on both saving throws.

Proficiency with a Scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
