Using an action to roll the dice with the user focusing on a target or object which has less volume than a 10ft radius sphere, the dice will weaken the target by the figures shown on the dice. Once a creature has felt the effects of the dice roll, glowing inscriptions will fade and any further rolls landing on that number won't count. If the user doesn't focus on a particular target or the target is too large, the roll is wasted and the values rolled will still fade.

Example. If focusing on a creature with 100HP and you roll a 69, the creatures hp will be reduced by 69% giving it 31HP. For any rounding errors, round down to the nearest unit.
