These leather gloves look to be lined with red dragon's scales on the outside, and has animate fire travelling around the wrists down to each fingertip.

When you hold a torch in hand while wearing these gloves, you can freely light or douse the torch's flame at will. Torches you hold shed an additional 30 ft. of bright light while you wear these gloves. Finally, while you're holding a lit torch, you can use an action to send forth a cone of flame toward your enemies - enemies within a 20 ft. cone must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, or take 2d12 fire damage, or half as much on a success.
