Weapon (longsword), very rare (requires attunement)

This magic longsword hilt holds no blade - once you attune to it, the magic-infused winds of the Elemental Plane of Air become infused in this hilt, granting it a blade.

You gain +2 to attack and damage rolls you make with this magic longsword. When you hit a target with this blade, you deal an additional 1d10 slashing damage.

Gusty Step. While you are attuned to this blade, your walking speed increases by 5 ft., and you can use the Dash action as a bonus action.

Tornado Slice. When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can choose to forego all attacks you make, and instead spin around, slicing like a tornado. All creatures within 15 ft. of you when you use this blade's feature must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 15). On a failure, the target takes 5d10 slashing damage, or half as much on a success. Once you use this weapon in this way, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
