This is the black chain mail of Xanthalar Yulio. Xanthalar was a 7'2 blue Dragonborn that weighed 400+ pounds. The armor will shrink or grow based on who's wearing it.

When wearing this, you get + 5 on our armor class, and a +4 modifier on insight and investigation checks. Since Xanthalar was such a bad archer, you get disadvantage when rolling to hit on any archery weapons. 

 

Made of interlocking metal rings, chain mail includes a layer of quilted fabric worn underneath the mail to prevent chafing and to cushion the impact of blows. The suit includes gauntlets.
