Weapon (crossbow, heavy), legendary (requires attunement by a drop of the user's blood upon the gears)

This masterwork of rock gnome ingenuity created by Tink of Gnomengarde, is designed to be weapon of major destruction. To enter and settle into the control platform takes one Action. To utilize the magic properties of the bow and attune to its magical possibilities, a single drop of the user's blood must be fed into the gears as a Bonus Action. The crossbow platform has 4 heavy crossbows. You can shoot two bolts in a single Action, and can target one or two targets if desired.

In order to use this weapon, you must have a base Strength score of 15 or higher. If not attuned, use your Strength modifier for your attack roll, dealing 10 (2d10) on a successful hit. If attuned, you have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, with an additional 3 (1d6) necrotic damage on a successful hit. The weapon autoloads after each bolt is fired. If a natural 1 is rolled on an attack roll, the crossbow currently being controlled is destroyed. 

Details: Large object with AC 13, 45 hit points, and immunity to poison and psychic damage

Proficiency with a Heavy Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Push. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can push the creature up to 10 feet straight away from yourself if it is Large or smaller.
